Rebecca can advise and assist with:

• The preparation of non-contentious applications for grants of probate, letters of administration with the will annexed, and letters of administration at the Supreme Court of Western Australia.

• The distribution of deceased estates including the sale or transfer of property and assets and with legal issues which arise, and represent our clients in relation to their dealings with other parties, with beneficiaries, with the Supreme Court of Western Australia, Landgate and other organisations.

• The completion of the distribution of the deceased estate and the preparation of any deeds or documents required.
