“Martin provided legal advice and guidance when our seemingly small addition to a mixed-use project in North Fremantle required resolution with Main Roads WA, Heritage and Local Council, all of whom had refused our application. Martin provided pivotal guidance through the process of State Administrative Tribunal directions hearings, mediation and resolution with all parties. Martin’s clear understanding of the process, and relevance of information to achieve a result, provided us with a strategy to reach a mediated outcome to suit all.

We are very happy with our planning outcome and look forward to project completion. We are more than happy to provide testimony for Flint Legal, and recommend Martin’s legal and planning expertise, calm approach, and kindness throughout the process.”
