On finishing both a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws at the University of Western Australia, Rebecca initially set out to practise family law, however quickly realised property law was her real passion.

Since then, she has almost exclusively worked in property law for a wide range of clients including corporate, trustees, executors, State organisations, national property players, individuals, community groups, syndicates, and joint ventures.

Rebecca’s experience in top tier law firms and in teaching university undergraduates and postgraduates has elevated the demand for her to provide expertise and involvement in property matters such as:

  • Being a senior associate of a property team that assisted numerous shopping centre owners throughout Western Australia with leasing (retail and commercial), the purchase and sale of shopping centres and commercial buildings, and related property issues

  • Registering and liaising with Landgate regarding transfers of land, leases, caveats, restrictive covenants, easements, survivorship applications, withdrawal of caveats, and removal of leases

  • Ensuring documents are prepared in Landgate registrable form and in accordance with Landgate requirements

  • Transfer duty assessment and payments
